CMV, a new Idaho law and a personal story

In March, Idaho Governor Butch Otter signed a bill into law that would require the state Department of Health and Welfare make available certain information regarding cytomegalovirus (CMV) to the public, particularly pregnant women and women who may become pregnant.

The bill was spearheaded by the Nampa based advocacy group, Idaho CMV Advocacy Project.

On Sunday’s show I was joined by two members of the Idaho CMV Advocacy Project, Jessica and Patrick Rachels to discuss the the ABC’s of CMV, the new Idaho law and to share their personal story about their daughter Natalie and CMV.
