This week, the World Health Organization (WHO) released the World Malaria Report 2019, which details the situation of the parasitic disease globally in 2018.
In this video, I review some of the numbers, look at the amazing progress in South Asia and look at the situation in Africa.
I also focus in on the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which also battles malaria in addition to Ebola, measles, etc, and take a look at the malaria cases in that country so far in 2019.
