In a follow-up on the suspected Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) patient admitted and isolated at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, the hospital says:

There is no change in the condition of the patient in isolation at The University of Kansas Hospital.

The hospital expects to receive preliminary test results later today and definitive test results later this week from blood tests sent to two outside labs to rule out or diagnose Ebola.

There will be an update statement this afternoon, regardless of whether the results of the tests are in.
