Singaporean health officials reported an additional 17 new, confirmed cases of locally transmitted Zika virus infection on Tuesday. The tally we’ve been keeping at the website puts the total locally acquired cases at 275.

Of the new cases, 10 cases are linked to the Aljunied Crescent/ Sims Drive/ Kallang Way/ Paya Lebar Way cluster.
There is a potential new cluster involving one previously reported case and a new case today. They both live in the Bishan Street 12 area. The other six cases have no known links to any existing cluster.
In addition to the Zika outbreak, Singapore has recorded more than 11,400 dengue fever cases as of Tuesday. Last week, 311 additional cases were reported, an increase of nearly 40 cases compared to the prior week.
