Through April 4, Minas Gerais registered 162,626 probable cases of dengue. Of this total, 61,743 cases were confirmed for the disease. There are 24 confirmed deaths from dengue in Minas Gerais and 83 deaths under investigation.
With regard to Chikungunya fever, 41,304 probable cases of the disease were registered, of which 13,757 were confirmed. So far, seven deaths from Chikungunya have been confirmed in Minas Gerais and 16 are under investigation.
As for the Zika virus, 200 probable cases have been registered so far. There are 14 confirmed cases of the disease and there are no deaths from Zika in Minas Gerais, so far.
