Sri Lanka’s National Dengue Control Unit (NDCU) reports that as of July 4, 50,054 total dengue cases were reported in the island country in 2023 to date.
This includes 31 deaths.
Sri Lanka had registered over 76,000 dengue cases last year, according to official data.
